I'd like to lose 150lbs, lets lose together.

Over the last year I have gained over 100lbs and stopped exceeding and started believing I was too out of shape to get physical anymore and then I started doing a boot camp called Momentum and it really got me started on a physical exercise routine. I committed for 2 weeks and then did it another 6 weeks on my own at the yoga studio and then did another week with Momentum Boot Camp. I am on a roll and decided to share this adventure with you.
Going forward I will post videos of my workouts, and a video blog each day to inspire myself to keep going and, hopefully, to inspire others across the country to join me and share what you are doing and support each other.
